Getting started
Sign up with your mobile number
Visit the Register page and enter your 10-digit mobile number. We'll send a 6-digit OTP via SMS — no passwords to remember.
Create your clinic
After signing up you'll be guided through onboarding. Enter your clinic name and registration number. A 14-day free trial starts immediately.
Invite your team
Go to Team → Invite member. Share the generated code (format: MERI-XXXX-XXXX) with your staff. Codes expire after 7 days.
Add patients and book appointments
Head to Patients to create records, then Appointments to schedule visits. Each appointment tracks the patient, doctor, time and status.
Multi-clinic setup
One account — own or join any number of clinics and switch between them in a tap.
Create your first clinic
After registering, the onboarding wizard guides you through setting your clinic name, registration number and address. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately.
Add another clinic
Tap your clinic name in the top-left corner to open the clinic switcher, then choose "Create new clinic". Each new clinic gets its own independent 14-day trial.
Join a clinic via invite code
If a clinic owner has shared an invite code (format: MERI-XXXX-XXXX), open the clinic switcher → "Join with invite code" and enter it. You'll be added with the role the owner assigned.
Switch between clinics
Tap the clinic name in the top-left corner anytime to open the switcher. All data — patients, appointments, billing and inventory — switches instantly to the selected clinic.
Complete data isolation
Each clinic's records are strictly separate. Switching clinics changes every list, report and action to that clinic only.
One account, multiple roles
You can be the owner of one clinic and a staff member in another — your role is per-clinic, not per-account.

AI draft notes
While recording a patient visit, tap the AI Draft button and type a few bullet points from the consultation. Ayustream instantly generates a complete, structured clinical note — saving time on every appointment.

Patient registration chat
A conversational AI interface guides you through registering a new patient — collecting name, age, contact details and medical history in a natural back-and-forth flow, no form-filling required.

Revenue intelligence
Every night, Ayustream automatically analyses all invoice payments and surfaces daily and monthly revenue trends. Open the Dashboard to see month-over-month comparisons and spot anomalies at a glance.

Will suggest your most-used drug combinations as you type a prescription — reducing repeat entry and keeping records consistent across your team.

Privacy guarantee: All AI processing runs exclusively on Ayustream's own servers. No patient data, clinical notes or any personally identifiable information is ever sent to third-party AI providers or external services.
Frequently asked questions
How does sign-in work? Is there a password?
No passwords. You sign in with your mobile number — we send a one-time code (OTP) via SMS every time. This keeps your account secure without anything to remember.
Can I manage more than one clinic?
Yes. You can own or be a member of multiple clinics. Use the clinic switcher in the top bar to switch between them instantly. Each clinic's data is completely separate.
What roles are available?
There are three clinic roles: Owner (full access, one per clinic), Manager (can manage team and most data), and Staff (can view and update patients and appointments). Roles are assigned when you invite someone.
How do I change a team member's role?
Go to Team, find the member, and use the role selector. Only Owners and Managers can change roles. You cannot change the Owner role — transfer ownership is a separate operation.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 14 days your access is paused. You'll be directed to the Subscription page to upgrade to the Pro plan. Your data is never deleted — it's waiting for you when you subscribe.

Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data is yours — export it anytime as CSV with one click. More of the app gets export support with every release.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Every byte travels over encrypted connections, every login is verified with a one-time code, and your clinic's data is locked to you alone. Security isn't a feature here — it's the foundation.
What is an invite code?
An invite code (format: MERI-XXXX-XXXX) lets someone join your clinic. Generate one from Team → Invite member, share it with your staff, and they redeem it after signing up. Each code is single-use and expires after 7 days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Subscription and click Cancel. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods, but cancellation takes effect immediately at the next renewal.
How do I create a second clinic?
Tap your clinic name in the top-left corner to open the clinic switcher, then choose "Create new clinic". Each new clinic gets its own independent 14-day free trial and subscription.
How do I join a clinic I was invited to?
Ask the clinic owner or manager to generate an invite code from Team → Invite member. Open the clinic switcher and choose "Join with invite code", then enter the MERI-XXXX-XXXX code. You'll be added with the role the inviter chose.
What AI features does Ayustream have?
Revenue intelligence is live — it automatically analyses daily payment patterns and shows month-over-month trends. Smart prescription assist, inventory forecasting and clinical notes assist are coming soon.
Where can I see the AI revenue insights?
Go to the Dashboard. The revenue chart and MTD stat card are powered by the daily AI analysis engine. It runs automatically every day and compares this month against the previous month.
Does Ayustream send patient data to external AI services?
No. All AI processing — including draft notes and patient registration chat — runs exclusively on Ayustream's own servers. No patient data, clinical notes or personally identifiable information is ever sent to third-party AI providers.
Security & privacy
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We never store or transmit OTP codes after use.
- Clinic data is strictly isolated. No clinic can access another clinic's records.
- OTP authentication means there is no password that can be phished or brute-forced.
- Access tokens expire after 15 minutes. Refresh tokens are rotated on every use.
